A neighbourhood wellness cabinet, opened in 2019, two steps from the sand of Grande Anse. People come here to breathe out. A session runs between 50 minutes and two hours, and everything is designed so that you stop worrying about anything the moment the door closes behind you.
Treatments are one-to-one. No shared room. A single practitioner, twelve years of practice, trained in Paris and then in Pondicherry. Everything happens on the same massage table, in the same room — window open to the garden, soft light, warm oils, light music if you wish. Or silence.

A few details
that change the moment.
- One practitioner. No rotating schedule: it is always the same person who welcomes you, remembers your sensitive zones, adjusts the pressure from one visit to the next.
- One room, one treatment. No shared space, no other clients passing through. The cabinet is intentionally small to stay intimate.
- Fresh oils. Plant oils are renewed every six months — never rancid. Sourced as close as possible: coconut from Sainte-Anne, sesame from Vinodol, organic calendula imported.
- Linen washed at 60 °C. One towel per client. Washing between every treatment, sun-dried whenever the weather allows.
- Shower available. A small solar shower at the back of the cabinet. Useful after abhyanga or after a morning at the beach.
- Tea to close. Verbena, fresh ginger, lime. Drunk outside on the bench, in the shade of the flame tree, to come back down slowly.

What a first session
looks like.

You call. We talk for five minutes: what you are looking for, what hurts, what you have already tried. I suggest a treatment, a length, a time slot.

You arrive. I welcome you ten minutes early. We share an infusion, you fill in a short health questionnaire, you tell me what to avoid (scents, certain areas).

The treatment. You settle on the table alone. I come back in when you tell me. During the treatment we talk — or not — your call. I work in silence by default.

The come-down. At the end of the treatment, I step out. You take your time to dress, to drink some water. I wait for you outside for the tea.

Payment. Card, cash, cheque, transfer. No commitment, no subscription card. You come back when you want — or you don't.

How to book?
By phone only, Tuesday to Saturday between 9 am and 6 pm, or by SMS if I am in a session. No online booking — I prefer to exchange a few words before holding a slot.
How long is the wait?
Usually 3 to 7 days. High season (December–February, July–August) closer to 10 days. For a double ritual, plan two weeks ahead.
Cancellation?
Free of charge up to 24h before. After that, I ask for 50 % — except for a medical issue or unavoidable circumstance, of course.
Do you welcome men?
Of course — about 35 % of my clients are men, mostly for the sport massage and the Californian. Same pricing.
And children?
No treatments for minors, sorry — professional insurance. For teenagers, a parent must come along.
Gift voucher?
Yes, paper gift voucher valid six months. Free amount from €60. I post it if needed.
Do you travel?
No, only at the cabinet. Equipment and light matter for the quality of the treatment.
